Our Story

A quiet reserve off Amsterdam's liveliest square

Set inside a 1920s warehouse just behind Leidseplein, The Amsterdam Reserve seats sixty amid deep-green banquettes, aged brass and candlelight. The kitchen leans classic European — Dutch seafood, French technique — backed by a cellar of more than 120 old-world wines.

It is the calm before the show and the nightcap after the last hand — the room Amsterdam keeps for itself.

    Cross Leidseplein toward the Stadsschouwburg, then bear left onto Kleine-Gartmanplantsoen.
